Spectators: 6671 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alfredo Baleren made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfonso Veremundo got free with Maximino Gasteiz in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Aldo Ixaka fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Naranjito FC's protests and gave Aldo Ixaka a yellow card for diving instead. Aldo Ixaka hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. When Amaná's Benicio Maxin in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Naranjito FC's goalie prevented a goal. Maximino Gasteiz made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Alfonso Veremundo sent off a good shot on target. Mauricio Macias charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauricio Macias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Amaná getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Mauricio Macias hit a great ball. Maximino Gasteiz came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Naranjito FC's Alfonso Veremundo. But to his dismay, Alfonso Veremundo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 17 minutes of play, Amaná's Benicio Maxin made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mario Cordera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Niceto Edur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Cordera having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Benicio Maxin notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Naranjito FC's Mario Cordera. Mario Cordera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ariel Joachim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Gasteiz made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Alfonso Veremundo sent off a good shot on target. The long shot by Aldo Ixaka in the 32nd minute really tested Maximino Gasteiz's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benicio Maxin in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mario Cordera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the match, Naranjito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ariel Joachim came free, but Mario Cordera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Naranjito FC's Mario Cordera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Joachim in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Mauricio Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mario Cordera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th match minute, Naranjito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Orain to maneuver through the defense. Benicio Maxin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Benicio Maxin struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Mario Cordera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amaná. Mario Cordera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ariel Joachim in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, Naranjito FC's Baldomiro Ranolfo got a free kick in the 66th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Benicio Maxin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mario Cordera. Benicio Maxin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. In the 73rd minute, Benicio Maxin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mario Cordera. The goal made the score 1-4. Ariel Joachim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Mario Cordera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Amaná's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Baleren came free, but Maximino Gasteiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mario Cordera made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Ariel Joachim sent off a good shot on target. Simon Kismi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mario Cordera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Benicio Maxin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-5 to the left of a surprised Mario Cordera 86 minutes into the match. Mario Cordera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mario Cordera made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Niceto Edur sent off a good shot on target. Ariel Joachim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Mario Cordera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
