After a rather tough play, El Fortin's Clodoveo Firmo got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27th minute, Mario Danel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Clodoveo Firmo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. In the 28th match minute, El Fortin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Clodoveo Firmo to maneuver through the defense. Mateo Oidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Mario Danel notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of El Fortin's Emanuel Llorian. Emanuel Llorian was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 36th minute, Mario Danel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Llorian was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Fortin's goalkeeper Emanuel Llorian, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After having played for 47 minutes, Vladimiro Chuse managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Fortin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimiro Chuse was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vladimiro Chuse to make the kick off. A collision led to El Fortin getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Joaquin Marques hit a great ball. Mateo Oidor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Emanuel Llorian having to make a save. Mateo Oidor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Emanuel Llorian made a huge save. Bernabe Nayely might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emanuel Llorian. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernabe Nayely ran back to his position shaking his head. Victoriano Javiero kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of El Fortin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ringuelet:s goal. The goalkeeper, Emanuel Llorian, was totally fooled by Ringuelet's Julio Fe, who 75 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Mateo Oidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Emanuel Llorian tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Danel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Oidor in the 86th minute of play forced El Fortin's goalkeeper Emanuel Llorian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. El Fortin's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mateo Oidor 90 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. 98 minutes into the match, Ringuelet's Mateo Oidor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Llorian narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ringuelet walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
