Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Severo Gines took the kick off in the first half of the match. Maximiliano Dolfo scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Damaso Javiar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gabriel Nevada might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damaso Javiar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gabriel Nevada ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Piamonte getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Eliseo Marino hit a great ball. Felix Cedro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Efrain Efraim successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Efrain Efraim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Gines in the 16th minute of play. Eliseo Marino's late challenge caught a Deportivo Cristal FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Marino helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Piamonte got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Natal. Efrain Efraim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severo Gines's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Efrain Efraim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severo Gines in the 31st minute of play. With a little luck, Deportivo Cristal FC's Efrain Efraim got control of the ball when Felix Cedro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Deportivo Cristal FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Severo Gines scored to the left of an out of position Efrain Efraim, making the score, 1-1. Severo Gines fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efrain Efraim having to interfere. When Severo Gines came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Piamonte fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severo Gines couldn't finish the play. Severo Gines's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Efrain Efraim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

53 minutes into the match, Piamonte's Severo Gines sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efrain Efraim narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Severo Gines blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Efrain Efraim having to make a save. Efrain Efraim came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Piamonte's Felix Cedro. But to his dismay, Felix Cedro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Severo Gines in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efrain Efraim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Felix Cedro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Efrain Efraim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severo Gines received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Piamonte's goalkeeper Damaso Javiar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Piamonte's zone, Gabriel Nevada stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damaso Javiar came out of the goal and Gabriel Nevada tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Piamonte's Damaso Javiar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Piamonte from getting a goal against them. Eliseo Marino hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Deportivo Cristal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Cedro came free, but Efrain Efraim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Piamonte getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Teodosio Gaizkine hit a great ball. Roberto Meder, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Efrain Efraim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Cedro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Efraim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Cedro in the 91st minute of the match. Efrain Efraim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severo Gines, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. If Felix Cedro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Piamonte were the better team. Piamonte's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
