After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Manuel Ofelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salado's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Ofelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Tximitx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 played minutes Mangoré got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Loco. After 29 played minutes, Salado's German Quirce shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ruben Tximitx came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Salado reached it. Ruben Tximitx showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Guillen, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Basilio Mateo charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Basilio Mateo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 34th match minute, Mangoré was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Mateo to maneuver through the defense. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruben Tximitx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ramiro Nastasio kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Salado's German Quirce tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the game, Cleto Chago cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ruben Tximitx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Manuel Ofelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the game, Angelo Guillen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ruben Tximitx was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 1-5 when Angelo Guillen sped through Mangoré's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruben Tximitx. When the final whistle sounded Salado left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Mangoré.
