Thanks to some nice moves Arnaldo Astudillo could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Ricardo Mincho however easily saved by the left post. 43 minutes into the game, Emilio Ralondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galisteo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mattew the free kick. Emilio Ralondo hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. If Wilfredo Acosta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Astudillo struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Ricardo Mincho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mattew. After the first half Galisteo FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience held their breath when Alonzo Hats in the 83rd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Serafino Venerando's left hand side. The attack was good, but when Segundo Ascencio in the 93rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Emiliano Uzuri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Serafino Venerando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Emiliano Uzuri struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Serafino Venerando didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galisteo FC.
