Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tymoteusz Komanski took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tymoteusz Komanski in the 12th minute of play forced Capayá's goalkeeper Cayetano Cucao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 played minutes Capayá got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Sagrario. In the 16th minute Maximiliano Huly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Ituzaingo FC's goalkeeper Prudencio Ibar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benito Urbes. 23 minutes into the game, Godofredo Olo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cayetano Cucao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute Maximiliano Huly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prudencio Ibar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Prudencio Ibar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benito Urbes in the 28th minute. When Ceferino Ler came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Ituzaingo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ceferino Ler couldn't finish the play. After 35 played minutes Ituzaingo FC got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Ler. After some careless play in the Capayá defense, Mariano Lore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cayetano Cucao. The Capayá fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cayetano Cucao should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Ceferino Ler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prudencio Ibar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Huly in the 41st minute of play. After the first half Ituzaingo FC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximiliano Huly was the one to do the kick off. Cleto Sagrario kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Ceferino Ler dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cayetano Cucao, 0-3. Cayetano Cucao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tymoteusz Komanski in the 57th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Mariano Lore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ituzaingo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Cucao breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Capayá's Benito Urbes got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cayetano Cucao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Ler in the 74th minute of play. Godofredo Olo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cayetano Cucao came out and tried to block the shot, but Godofredo Olo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 79th minute. Cleto Sagrario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th play minute Godofredo Olo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cayetano Cucao. 0-5. In the 92nd match minute, Ituzaingo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Hori to maneuver through the defense. Ceferino Ler kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The Ituzaingo FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ituzaingo FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
