Herminio Totakoxe's late challenge caught a Zavalla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bellocq's goalkeeper Aquilino Lia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bellocq's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zavalla the free kick. Thanks to some nice moves Joaquin Laurin could shoot a difficult shot in the 95th minute, which Narciso Foro however easily saved by the left post.
