Chicago booed when Guaminí FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Efraim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvio Pepillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Salomon, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Higinio Salomon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvio Pepillo. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Higinio Salomon in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Pepillo saved Guaminí FC from getting behind. Gonzalo Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Tauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47thth minute of the game Higinio Salomon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guaminí FC's Silvio Pepillo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eugenio Efraim made a kick off. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Roberto Brion sped through Guaminí FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silvio Pepillo. Silvio Pepillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Salomon in the 55th minute of play. Leon Leobardo was shown his second yellow card after 56 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Lisandro Lartaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Pepillo having to interfere. N. Chicago walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
