Marciano Ado hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute of the match Filiberto Erroman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lucio Kepa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gonzalo Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Gaxan in the 5th minute of the match. After having played for 7 minutes, Roberto Brion managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. N. Chicago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Brion was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 9 minutes into the game, Gabriel Gaxan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. laparca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave N. Chicago the free kick. The supporters of N. Chicago booed when laparca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Gaxan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lisandro Lartaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roberto Brion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, laparca's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Lartaun came free, but Lucio Kepa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. N. Chicago's Lisandro Lartaun got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roberto Brion fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Kepa having to interfere. Roberto Brion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lisandro Lartaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lucio Kepa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Lartaun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gonzalo Neto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacinto Basualdo in the 27th minute. Jacinto Basualdo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Gonzalo Neto made a huge save. Jacinto Basualdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Neto having to interfere. Roberto Brion struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Lucio Kepa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for N. Chicago. After 54 minutes laparca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filiberto Erroman who took care of the corner kick. Jacinto Basualdo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gonzalo Neto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. After 72 played minutes N. Chicago got a freekick which was hit by Higinio Salomon. Lisandro Lartaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Kepa having to interfere. When Santo Niguel fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored N. Chicago's protests and gave Santo Niguel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79th minute, Cristobal Ruisko left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The laparca fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Lucio Kepa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Roberto Brion's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. When Roberto Brion came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the N. Chicago fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roberto Brion couldn't finish the play. If Lisandro Lartaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Paulo Eneko was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 94 minutes had been played. In the 95th match minute, laparca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Eneko to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Kepa came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by N. Chicago's Lisandro Lartaun. But to his dismay, Lisandro Lartaun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Despite being the better team, N. Chicago failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
