Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) capt fc's Gustavo Venceslas got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Quiroga AFC's zone, Gustavo Venceslas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquiles Rexino came out of the goal and Gustavo Venceslas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gustavo Venceslas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Rexino having to interfere. After a rather tough play, capt fc's Felipe Chaime got a free kick in the 13th minute. After having played for 15 minutes, Gustavo Venceslas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. capt fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustavo Venceslas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 18th minute, capt fc's Gustavo Venceslas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Aquiles Rexino. Aquiles Rexino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 25th minute, Generoso Paio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Bartuelo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 34th minute, Hermengildo Guzman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ovidio Lonzo struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Aquiles Rexino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for capt fc. capt fc's Guido Tiadoro got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hermengildo Guzman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severo Chaimes short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Aquiles Rexino to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Gustavo Venceslas made the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes, Gustavo Venceslas made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Quiroga AFC's Aquiles Rexino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. capt fc's Hermengildo Guzman got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Felipe Chaime's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aquiles Rexino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Gustavo Venceslas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Aquiles Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ovidio Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Ovidio Lonzo notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Quiroga AFC's Aquiles Rexino. Aquiles Rexino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hermengildo Guzman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Aquiles Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nicasio Steven came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Quiroga AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicasio Steven couldn't finish the play. Valentin Bartuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Generoso Paio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valentin Bartuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Balendin in the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Gustavo Venceslas made a precise shot to the right of Aquiles Rexino. Quiroga AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Ovidio Lonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Lonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Aquiles Rexino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gustavo Venceslas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Guzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Rexino having to interfere. In the 97th match minute, capt fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severo Chaime to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the capt fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
