Cipriano Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evelio Telo having to interfere. If Elpidio Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Cipriano Bento managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gowlan fc's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Bento was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evelio Telo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Elpidio Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iker Danel in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eugenio Tebaldo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Gowlan fc getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Cipriano Bento hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cipriano Bento got free with Evelio Telo in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victorino Felipillo kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Eugenio Tebaldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Danel, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 23 minutes into the match, Elpidio Lobo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Evelio Telo, 1-0. Eugenio Tebaldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iker Danel in the 32nd minute of the match. Evelio Telo made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Cipriano Bento sent off a good shot on target. Elpidio Lobo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Elpidio Lobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elpidio Lobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cipriano Bento took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evelio Telo. Evelio Telo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Gowlan fc's Cipriano Bento got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Gowlan fc booed when Palermo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Ihintza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iker Danel to make the kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Elpidio Lobo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gowlan fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elpidio Lobo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ladislao Txartiko struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Eugenio Tebaldo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palermo FC. Iker Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Eugenio Tebaldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gowlan fc's Eugenio Tebaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Danel in the 68th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Gowlan fc's goal looked a bit too open when Iker Danel came free, but Eugenio Tebaldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute Iker Danel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Tebaldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Bento couldn't finish the play. After 89 minutes of play, Gowlan fc's Elpidio Lobo made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evelio Telo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eugenio Tebaldo didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 3-1. After having played for 96 minutes, Iker Danel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iker Danel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Gowlan fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
