After having played for 12 minutes, Justino Enekoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encrucijada FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justino Enekoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Justino Enekoitz might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roman Jesco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Justino Enekoitz ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Encrucijada FC's Samuel Lazcano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roman Jesco. That made the score 1-0 after 47 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Pastor Emesto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 55th playminute. When Justino Enekoitz came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Encrucijada FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Enekoitz couldn't finish the play. After 81 minutes of play, damian F.C's Pastor Emesto made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amado Ourente was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the game, Federico Lonzo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. damian F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Encrucijada FC the free kick. In the 84th match minute, damian F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Lonzo to maneuver through the defense. Federico Lonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute.
