After a rather tough play, Rafaela LC's Nicasio Gilesindo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Gavino Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 39th minute, Emiliano Casado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Emiliano Casado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the game, Roman Javiero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Perchel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rafaela LC the free kick. Emiliano Casado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hilario Abella read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th match minute, Perchel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Darien to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusebio Pacorro made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Prudencio Leocadio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilario Abella was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 60 minutes into the match, Perchel's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Pacorro came free, but Hilario Abella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Eusebio Pacorro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emiliano Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Hilario Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Emiliano Casado came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Rafaela LC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emiliano Casado couldn't finish the play. In the 81st minute, Ruperto Naelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eusebio Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Hilario Abella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavino Valente struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Wilfredo Timo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perchel. 96 minutes into the match, Gavino Valente notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Rafaela LC's Wilfredo Timo. Wilfredo Timo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
