With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elias Benvido in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bartolo Federigo saved Atlético Nicolas from getting behind. After 48 played minutes Delmiro Beltxe rounded leolinos ts as's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Elias Benvido made the kick off in the second half. Joaquin Gaitano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venancio Laffitte read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. If Delmiro Beltxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Gaitano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marciano Sabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Delmiro Beltxe notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of leolinos ts as's Venancio Laffitte. Venancio Laffitte was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Venancio Laffitte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmiro Beltxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atlético Nicolas fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! After a rather tough play, leolinos ts as's Hilario Gorbea got a free kick in the 78th minute. After having played for 80 minutes, Joaquin Gaitano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Nicolas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Gaitano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Joaquin Gaitano took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Venancio Laffitte. Venancio Laffitte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. If Nemesio Incendio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th minute, Joaquin Gaitano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atlético Nicolas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. If Marciano Sabin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute.
