Robustiano Serafo hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, Carlos Lalla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Casimiro Asteri. Clorinda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Lalla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Casimiro Asteri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carlos Lalla's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Casimiro Asteri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Lalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Casimiro Asteri came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Baba's Bartolo Normando. But to his dismay, Bartolo Normando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bartolo Normando in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casimiro Asteri saved Clorinda from getting behind. In the 47th minute, Herminio Asier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The wind increased when Gogo Odol made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Atletico Baba's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Odol came free, but Cirilo Galsino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Casimiro Asteri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolo Normando, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Clorinda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. With his leg Casimiro Asteri managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when Atletico Baba's Carlos Lalla fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Casimiro Asteri made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Carlos Lalla sent off a good shot on target. In the 72nd minute, Carlos Lalla fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Casimiro Asteri, passed just outside the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Bartolo Normando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Baba's supporters rose to their feet, but Bartolo Normando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Asteri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 74 played minutes Clorinda got a freekick which was hit by Serafino Hanni. Clorinda's Casimiro Asteri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Clorinda from getting a goal against them. Bartolo Normando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Clorinda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Carlos Lalla scored 1-3 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casimiro Asteri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atletico Baba played a much better game than Clorinda and deserved their victory. The Clorinda players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
