Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Delmiro Beltxe started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The Atlético Nicolas fans' excitement grew in the 5th match minute when Atlético Nicolas's Delmiro Beltxe looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Paolo Orlandus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Lando got free with Bartolo Federigo in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hector Faron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Beltxe in the 17th minute of the match. Atlético Nicolas's Bartolo Federigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Nicolas from getting a goal against them. Delmiro Beltxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmiro Beltxe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hector Faron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Paolo Orlandus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Roberto Abajas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Marcial Guillelmus came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Atlético Nicolas fans jumped to their feet. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Delmiro Beltxe in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hector Faron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Artemio Frans was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, Ernesto Lando managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belloco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernesto Lando was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Artemio Frans came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Belloco fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artemio Frans couldn't finish the play. If Ernesto Lando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 minutes, Paolo Orlandus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlético Nicolas and the Belloco players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Atlético Nicolas's Paolo Orlandus got a free kick in the 55th minute. Artemio Frans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Belloco's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Delmiro Beltxe scored to the left of an out of position Hector Faron, making the score, 1-2. Bartolo Federigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Lando in the 71st minute of play. Hector Faron made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Delmiro Beltxe sent off a good shot on target. When Atlético Nicolas's Delmiro Beltxe in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Belloco's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Belloco's Hector Faron got control of the ball when Delmiro Beltxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Atlético Nicolas's supporters rose to their feet, but Delmiro Beltxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Faron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artemio Frans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Bartolo Federigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Delmiro Beltxe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Nicolas's supporters rose to their feet, but Delmiro Beltxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Faron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, Ernesto Lando left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Belloco fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Atlético Nicolas players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
