Spectators: 7192 (Terracing: 5428, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 100) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Albino Uhin got the match started through his kick off. Serafino Hanni took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Domingos Orti. Domingos Orti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Albino Uhin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Asteri having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Clorinda's Gogo Odol slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Domingos Orti. That made the score 2-0 after 8 minutes of play. Eulalio Virila scored 2-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Casimiro Asteri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 18th minute Albino Uhin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Asteri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Americo Sandalio might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Domingos Orti. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Americo Sandalio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clorinda's goalkeeper Casimiro Asteri, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Casimiro Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Uhin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palmar's Albino Uhin got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Palmar's Aureliano Joey got a free kick in the 35th minute. Americo Sandalio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Domingos Orti having to make a save. 40 minutes into the game, Clorinda's Americo Sandalio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingos Orti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Eulalio Virila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gogo Odol to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Palmar got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Argoitz. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Americo Sandalio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clorinda's supporters rose to their feet, but Americo Sandalio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingos Orti breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 59th minute Gogo Odol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingos Orti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Domingos Orti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Odol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Sandalio in the 70th minute of play forced Palmar's goalkeeper Domingos Orti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 72 played minutes Clorinda got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Frederico. Casimiro Asteri was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aureliano Joey. In the 78th minute, Palmar's Albino Uhin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Casimiro Asteri. Casimiro Asteri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. If Albino Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albino Uhin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Palmar's Domingos Orti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Odol in the 94th minute of play. Clorinda's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
