Spectators: 6763 (Terracing: 5100, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Artemio Frans got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Clorinda booed when Belloco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Inko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anastasio Edorta kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Anastasio Edorta charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anastasio Edorta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Anastasio Edorta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Clorinda booed when Belloco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Crispo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Clorinda's Silvestre Goito broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Clorinda's Casimiro Asteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Frans in the 23rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Belloco defense, Americo Sandalio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hector Faron. The Belloco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hector Faron should have stopped the shot. Artemio Frans struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Casimiro Asteri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belloco. Artemio Frans received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Casimiro Asteri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Belloco players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clorinda were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gogo Odol to make the kick off. Casimiro Asteri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Frans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Artemio Frans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Faron was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Serafino Hanni showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 74 minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Ernesto Lando notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Clorinda's Casimiro Asteri. Casimiro Asteri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hector Faron came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Clorinda's Americo Sandalio. But to his dismay, Americo Sandalio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Americo Sandalio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Belloco's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Odol came free, but Hector Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clorinda's Gogo Odol got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clorinda's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
