The supporters of Felixus booed when Cavallino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Abreu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julian Abreu's late challenge caught a Felixus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Julian Abreu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Cavallino FC's Julian Abreu got a free kick in the 13th minute. A collision led to Cavallino FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Julian Abreu hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Cavallino FC defense, Americo Belarmo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Francis. The Cavallino FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Francis should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Belarmo in the 32nd minute of play forced Cavallino FC's goalkeeper Niceto Francis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jairo Handi took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niceto Francis. Niceto Francis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 44th minute Anselmo Olayo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niceto Francis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Cavallino FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Felixus were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernan Ponc was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cavallino FC's goalkeeper Niceto Francis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Americo Belarmo got free with Niceto Francis in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute, Felixus's Jairo Handi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernan Ponc in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Niceto Francis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teobaldo Norino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Niceto Francis made a huge save. Omar Dimas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Malvin in the 81st minute of play. Cavallino FC's Niceto Francis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Ponc in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Felixus left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Cavallino FC.
