Spectators: 7207 (Terracing: 5407, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Salvador Endira made the kick off which started today's match. When Gavino Janpier came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Desamparados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Janpier couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Desamparados booed when Los Sucios Drogadictos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Oroitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvano Bero, 10 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Victorio Casomiro came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Desamparados's Salvador Endira. But to his dismay, Salvador Endira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With his leg Melquiades Domenec managed to avoid a goal in the 15thth minute, when Los Sucios Drogadictos's Rogelio Bento fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Rogelio Bento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Sucios Drogadictos's Angel Donostia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Melquiades Domenec. That made the score 1-1 after 23 minutes of play. 28 minutes into the game, Eugenio Urdaspal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Sucios Drogadictos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Desamparados the free kick. In the 29th minute, Eugenio Urdaspal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes Desamparados got a freekick which was hit by Justo Louis. Melquiades Domenec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Donostia in the 49th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Angel Donostia made the kick off in the second half. When Rogelio Bento came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Los Sucios Drogadictos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogelio Bento couldn't finish the play. Melquiades Domenec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angel Donostia, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 59th match minute, Desamparados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Abajas to maneuver through the defense. Angel Donostia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melquiades Domenec having to make a save. 63 minutes into the game, Los Sucios Drogadictos's Rogelio Bento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Domenec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, Desamparados's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Donostia came free, but Melquiades Domenec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rogelio Bento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Melquiades Domenec tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Donostia in the 73rd minute of play forced Desamparados's goalkeeper Melquiades Domenec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Donostia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Domenec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogelio Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justo Louis hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the game, Angel Donostia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Melquiades Domenec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After recieving a nice pass, Los Sucios Drogadictos's Melquiades Oroitz tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Gavino Janpier who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Victorio Casomiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Salvador Endira might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Victorio Casomiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Salvador Endira ran back to his position shaking his head. Gavino Janpier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Victorio Casomiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the last second Victorio Casomiro throw himself and got hold of the ball when Salvador Endira in the 94thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Angel Donostia in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Melquiades Domenec saved Desamparados from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Desamparados players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Los Sucios Drogadictos.
