An unexpectedly hard shot by Justo Bernabel in the 35th minute of play forced Magdalena's goalkeeper Leonides Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Celedonio Godoy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonides Romelio. Magdalena's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celedonio Godoy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. When Isidoro Saturnin fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magdalena's protests and gave Isidoro Saturnin a yellow card for diving instead. Moises Lapurdi placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Romeo Txindoki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Seme in the 56th minute of play. The shot was a little too simple and Leonides Romelio could save by the left post. Magdalena's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Tobias Gilabert scored to the left of an out of position Leonides Romelio, making the score, 2-5.
