Anselmo Nicholas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Apolo Quin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Ramiro Roland kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Rene Hermon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Javiar having to interfere. Apolo Quin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ramiro Roland. After 27 played minutes, Frías AFC's Simon Cordaryal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Apolo Quin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Frías AFC reached it. Mario Gorosti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Angelo Javiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 43 minutes into the game, Mario Gorosti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Angelo Javiar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anselmo Nicholas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 50th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rene Hermon was the one to do the kick off. Frías AFC's Angelo Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Hermon in the 63rd minute of play. Angelo Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rene Hermon, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
