Angelo Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clodoveo Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Frías AFC's Angelo Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clodoveo Criston in the 9th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Wilfredo Hulberto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Angelo Javiar. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Angelo Javiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clodoveo Criston in the 21st minute of the match. 2-0 became the score in the 23rd minute when Clodoveo Criston elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Chorache in the 26th minute of play forced Chañar FC's goalkeeper Jacobo Atauri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Nicholas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Angelo Javiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Criston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobo Atauri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Chorache in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Frías AFC's goalkeeper Angelo Javiar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Ramon Lidon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Frías AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chañar FC the free kick. After 34th play minutes Clodoveo Criston shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Angelo Javiar and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 41st minute, Jaime Abajas made a precise shot to the right of Angelo Javiar. Frías AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. With a little luck, Frías AFC's Angelo Javiar got control of the ball when Mariano Cresencio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Angelo Javiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Abajas in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Clodoveo Criston made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Jaime Abajas notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Frías AFC's Angelo Javiar. Angelo Javiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Frías AFC's zone, Clodoveo Criston stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelo Javiar came out of the goal and Clodoveo Criston tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 59th minute Clodoveo Criston shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Javiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clodoveo Criston in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Javiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelo Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Abajas, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Chañar FC's goalkeeper Jacobo Atauri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anselmo Nicholas. Angelo Javiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clodoveo Criston in the 65th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jaime Abajas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Angelo Javiar was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Clodoveo Criston succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Frías AFC's goalkeeper Angelo Javiar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jaime Abajas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Angelo Javiar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Chañar FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
