Robustiano Acosta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constantino Santio in the 10th minute. Filiberto Bermudez struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Robustiano Acosta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Silva AFC. 13 minutes into the match, Coranzulí FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Gorbea came free, but Robustiano Acosta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Silva AFC's Celso Beti slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Robustiano Acosta. That made the score 2-1 after 33 minutes of play. Constantino Santio took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robustiano Acosta. Robustiano Acosta dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 40th minute Ciro Gorbea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Acosta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zacarias Ponc was the one to do the kick off. Fernando Louis came out of the goal and Zacarias Ponc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 71 minutes into the match, Coranzulí FC's Feliberto Lizardi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Louis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Zacarias Ponc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Eustacio Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coranzulí FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustacio Xacintu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernando Louis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 84th minute, Constantino Santio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Silva AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Feliberto Lizardi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Coranzulí FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliberto Lizardi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post.
