Simon Enetz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After having played for 11 minutes, Rodolfo Rameriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caribo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Rameriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Timoteo Astrada recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Simon Enetz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caribo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Enetz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jairo Dacio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the match, Santamarina FC's goalkeeper Jairo Dacio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adan Eladio. Simon Enetz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Jairo Dacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 27 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Rameriz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caribo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santamarina FC the free kick. In the 27th match minute, Caribo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Rameriz to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marciano Aragones during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bartolo Peyo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 43 played minutes Santamarina FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonas Silvino. Adan Eladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timoteo Astrada made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Caribo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Franco to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Orlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 62 played minutes Caribo FC got a freekick which was hit by Mauro Franco. Jairo Dacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Eladio, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Jairo Dacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adan Eladio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nicasio Harri fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santamarina FC's protests and gave Nicasio Harri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Caribo FC booed when Santamarina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Harri didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adan Eladio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jairo Dacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santamarina FC's Nicasio Harri got his second yellow card of the match in the 82nd minute. The referee ordered Nicasio Harri off the ground. After a rather tough play, Santamarina FC's Nicasio Harri got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 83rd minute of the match Marciano Aragones shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jairo Dacio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Adan Eladio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Caribo FC had played much better football throughout.
