An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Gerazan in the 4th minute of play forced Berabevú's goalkeeper Mauricio Tximitx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Americo Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Beltza stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Americo Birjaio's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Simon Gerazan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Mauricio Tximitx when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Simon Gerazan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Americo Birjaio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ruperto Beltza was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Santiago Ostargi fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berabevú's protests and gave Santiago Ostargi a yellow card for diving instead. Santiago Ostargi hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Lucas Raebert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Beltza having to interfere. Mauricio Tximitx made an important save on a dangerous shot by Efrain Mano in the 39th minute. Berabevú's Santiago Ostargi got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 45 minutes, Lucas Raebert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berabevú's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Raebert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Efrain Mano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Tximitx having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Simon Gerazan to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Benito Abalos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CORIA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berabevú the free kick. In the 64thth minute of the game Lucas Raebert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CORIA's Ruperto Beltza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Berabevú's Mauricio Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Gerazan in the 67th minute of play. Silvestre Pelagius's late challenge caught a CORIA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Pelagius helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, one of Berabevú:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Berabevú. The referee gave CORIA a penalty, 71 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cristian Telesforo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Berabevú's Mauricio Tximitx. 1-1. When Berabevú's Lucas Raebert in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CORIA's goalie prevented a goal. Simon Gerazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Tximitx having to interfere. Ruperto Beltza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Birjaio in the 84th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Raebert got free with Ruperto Beltza in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauricio Tximitx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Gerazan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berabevú's Mauricio Tximitx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Mano in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Simon Gerazan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CORIA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Berabevú players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CORIA.
