In the 2nd match minute, Chillar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Resto to maneuver through the defense. After 5 minutes of play, Chillar FC's Tadeo Ramirez made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabio Videl was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Florencio Lope had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute of the match Bernardo Goren shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fabio Videl showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Tadeo Ramirez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Lumb FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Dante Egun hit a great ball. Florencio Lope fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Videl having to interfere. Dante Egun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Placido Huly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florencio Lope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Fabio Videl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tadeo Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Videl having to interfere. Florencio Lope struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Fabio Videl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chillar FC. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florencio Lope stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tadeo Ramirez struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Fabio Videl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chillar FC. 58 minutes into the match, Placido Huly notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Chillar FC's Raul Eladio. Raul Eladio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 64th minute Dante Egun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Ur's late challenge caught a Lumb FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentin Ur helped the player get up and apologised. Valentin Ur kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. If Dante Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Placido Huly got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chillar FC's Raul Eladio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Huly in the 72nd minute of play. Aquiles Oliverio was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 75 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, one of Chillar FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chillar FC. The referee gave Lumb FC a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Herminio Katia, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chillar FC's Raul Eladio. 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Tadeo Ramirez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chillar FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Tadeo Ramirez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabio Videl breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fabio Videl made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Tadeo Ramirez sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Placido Huly left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lumb FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 93rd minute Dante Egun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Eladio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lumb FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
