In the 16th minute there was a penalty for C.A.All Boys. Cecilio Domingues stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Fabio Videl. 0-1. Zeledon Gil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Dante Egun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Placido Huly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Aresti having to interfere. Lumb FC's Fabio Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Gil in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Lumb FC's zone, Ramon Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabio Videl came out of the goal and Ramon Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zeledon Gil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Videl having to interfere. Dante Egun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Nicolas Aresti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabio Videl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramon Sancho in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Fabio Videl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ramon Sancho went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 63rd minute, Alejo Urbes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 64th minute, Dante Egun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lumb FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. The supporters of Lumb FC booed when C.A.All Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Ederono didn't get a good kick on the ball. Placido Huly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the match, C.A.All Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Dante Egun came free, but Nicolas Aresti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
