Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abel Avellaneda, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Abel Avellaneda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Quico in the 12th minute of play. Abel Socorro charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abel Socorro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to La Bola FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Abel Avellaneda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomás Pello in the 29th minute. When Orlando Quico came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Ayapaso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Quico couldn't finish the play. Adan Mendez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Oxarra, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Tomás Pello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayapaso's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomás Pello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abel Avellaneda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Ayapaso players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. La Bola FC were winning 1-2.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Pello in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Avellaneda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ayapaso's goalkeeper Adan Mendez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Quico in the 58th minute of play forced La Bola FC's goalkeeper Abel Avellaneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st minute Orlando Quico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Avellaneda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Quico in the 63rd minute of play forced La Bola FC's goalkeeper Abel Avellaneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 70 minutes, Anselmo Dubardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayapaso's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anselmo Dubardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. La Bola FC's Abel Avellaneda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Pello in the 71st minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, La Bola FC's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Quico came free, but Abel Avellaneda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Oxarra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Adan Mendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Oxarra in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adan Mendez saved Ayapaso from getting behind.
