In the 9th minute Ermegildo Jenaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabio Videl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Gartzea got free with Fabio Videl in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lumb FC's Fabio Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Jenaro in the 16th minute of play. Placido Huly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Jakobsson having to interfere. Dante Egun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac Gartzea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Fabio Videl tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Placido Huly in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rickard Jakobsson saved Unión Casildense from getting behind. Unión Casildense's Rickard Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Egun in the 32nd minute of play. Fabio Videl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Jenaro in the 36th minute of play. Rafael Bembe kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Isaac Gartzea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabio Videl was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Gartzea got free with Fabio Videl in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ermegildo Jenaro to strike the kick off in the second half. Dante Egun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rickard Jakobsson having to interfere. 54 minutes into the match, Lumb FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Gartzea came free, but Fabio Videl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Lumb FC's Dante Egun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rickard Jakobsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of Lumb FC booed when Unión Casildense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Demesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Placido Huly managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lumb FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Huly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rickard Jakobsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Unión Casildense's Isaac Gartzea got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Jenaro in the 75th minute of the match. When Unión Casildense's Isaac Gartzea in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lumb FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 79 played minutes Lumb FC got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Che. If Ermegildo Jenaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Isaac Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Gartzea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Videl having to interfere. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lumb FC's goalkeeper Fabio Videl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Isaac Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Rivero hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Unión Casildense's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Flavio Francho in the 96th minute. The corner led Unión Casildense's Flavio Francho to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabio Videl despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
