Spectators: 6790 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1250, VIP seats: 140) US Lecce's Carolo Benvide started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Siro Blanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Benvide in the 3rd minute of play. After having played for 5 minutes, Carolo Benvide managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. US Lecce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Benvide was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Haushinka FC's Santiago Cordarrol seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Santiago Cordarrol the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Haushinka FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Santiago Cordarrol had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Haushinka FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of US Lecce:s goal. Siro Blanco went to the wrong direction when Leonides Cuarto was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 13 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for US Lecce! An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Benvide in the 19th minute of play forced Haushinka FC's goalkeeper Siro Blanco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siro Blanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Ortzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Eugenio Demario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haushinka FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugenio Demario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Arnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eugenio Demario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Arnas having to interfere. If Gogo Indartsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 32 minutes into the match, US Lecce's goalkeeper Camilo Arnas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eugenio Demario. Teodoro Montay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Camilo Arnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Alberto Maurin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Camilo Arnas. That made the score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. Eugenio Demario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Camilo Arnas made a huge save. When Justino Silban came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Haushinka FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Justino Silban couldn't finish the play. Gogo Indartsu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Camilo Arnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gogo Indartsu made a kick off. Eugenio Demario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 64 minutes, Alberto Maurin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Haushinka FC and the US Lecce players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Eugenio Demario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonides Cuarto charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonides Cuarto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Leonides Cuarto hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Camilo Arnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Demario, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 77th match minute, Haushinka FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Orlo to maneuver through the defense. Gogo Indartsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Arnas having to interfere. Haushinka FC's Eugenio Demario got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eugenio Demario struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Camilo Arnas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haushinka FC. Gogo Indartsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Arnas having to interfere. Braulio Lertxun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Camilo Arnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in US Lecce's zone, Alberto Maurin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Arnas came out of the goal and Alberto Maurin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haushinka FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
