Ceballos's Delmar Kaxen managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Placido Admon in the 16 minute of the game. Camilo Arnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidio Herauso in the 17th minute of the match. After 25 minutes of play, Ceballos's Ovidio Herauso made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Arnas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Camilo Arnas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ovidio Herauso went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. US Lecce's Nicolas Guillem pulled a muscle in his back after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 31 minutes, Leonardo Illan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ceballos and the US Lecce players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leonardo Illan hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Ceballos's Ovidio Herauso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Camilo Arnas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pastor Ortzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cristian Oihenarte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Arnas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Efrain Sidoro's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. US Lecce's Camilo Arnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Herauso in the 42nd minute of play. Ovidio Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ovidio Herauso to make the kick off. Ovidio Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristian Oihenarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Arnas having to interfere. Ovidio Herauso struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Camilo Arnas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceballos. Camilo Arnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Herauso in the 64th minute of play. Pastor Ortzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Valentine having to interfere. Leonardo Illan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Camilo Arnas made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Ovidio Herauso took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Camilo Arnas to make any attempt to save it. Camilo Arnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Illan in the 74th minute of play. Leonardo Illan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Camilo Arnas having to make a save. Ovidio Herauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Camilo Arnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Leonardo Illan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leonardo Illan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ceballos's Delmar Kaxen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Bruno Gaizkine, made in the 83rd minute of the game. Camilo Arnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Kaxen in the 83rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in US Lecce's zone, Efrain Sidoro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Arnas came out of the goal and Efrain Sidoro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adan Reno might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Camilo Arnas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adan Reno ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonardo Illan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Ceballos's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Camilo Arnas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Illan, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Efrain Sidoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Efrain Sidoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Camilo Arnas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Camilo Arnas made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Leonardo Illan sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Leonardo Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceballos's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Illan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Camilo Arnas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camilo Arnas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leonardo Illan's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. When the match was over Ceballos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than US Lecce throughout the match.
