Joaquin Corderall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Camilo Arnas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Arnas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aureliano Abastas in the 8th minute of play. El Dragon Wofito's Domingos Domenec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Benvide in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the game, Venancio Quirze cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Domingos Domenec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Joaquin Corderall recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, US Lecce's Camilo Arnas got control of the ball when Francisco Leocadio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Igor Ilazki hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Domingos Domenec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Benvide in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, US Lecce's Carolo Benvide nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingos Domenec made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in El Dragon Wofito's zone, Pastor Ortzi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Domenec came out of the goal and Pastor Ortzi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When US Lecce's Pastor Ortzi in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Dragon Wofito's goalie prevented a goal. Domingos Domenec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Ortzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Carolo Benvide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. US Lecce's Camilo Arnas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquin Corderall in the 44th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Camilo Arnas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Leocadio in the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 61 minutes, Francisco Leocadio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Dragon Wofito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Leocadio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 68th minute Joaquin Corderall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Arnas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of El Dragon Wofito booed when US Lecce was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Quirze didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 played minutes US Lecce got a freekick which was hit by Leonides Cuarto. Domingos Domenec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Benvide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Francisco Leocadio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joaquin Corderall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Arnas having to interfere. Aureliano Abastas hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Domingos Domenec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Benvide in the 94th minute of play. After having played for 95 minutes, Pastor Ortzi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. US Lecce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Ortzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The El Dragon Wofito supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching US Lecce's performance. The match ended with a win for US Lecce.
