Spectators: 7209 (Terracing: 5441, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eriberto Asur kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Grünbein FC booed when Larguía FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Nazario didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Maximo Izotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eriberto Asur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eriberto Asur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Basilio Dabi made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Rafael Uzuri sent off a good shot on target. 24 minutes into the game, Maximo Izotz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Victoriano Pueblo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Larguía FC's Basilio Dabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Asur in the 28th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Eriberto Asur fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Basilio Dabi, passed just outside the right post. If Bruno Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 played minutes Larguía FC got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Brais. Basilio Dabi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Asur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, Larguía FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Rosalio to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Maximo Izotz made the kick off in the second half. Rafael Uzuri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Dabi having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 61st minute of the game. One of Larguía FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Grünbein FC:s goal. Rafael Uzuri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Dabi having to interfere. With a little luck, Grünbein FC's Victoriano Pueblo got control of the ball when Melquiades Nazario tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Rafael Uzuri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute Eriberto Asur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Dabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Eriberto Asur notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Larguía FC's Basilio Dabi. Basilio Dabi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 2-2 became the score in the 91st minute when Maximo Izotz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Grünbein FC's Victoriano Pueblo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Izotz in the 95th minute of play. In the 97th minute Eriberto Asur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Dabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Eriberto Asur came up free with the goalie in the 100th minute, the Grünbein FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eriberto Asur couldn't finish the play. Grünbein FC were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
