DiablosRojos F.C's Melchor Arano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Sol in the 28th minute of play. Godofredo Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Belarmo in the 30th minute of play. When Chacarita's Anibal Sol in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fernando Belarmo made a kick off. The Chacarita fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Chacarita's Anibal Sol looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 60 played minutes Chacarita got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Salvator. A collision led to DiablosRojos F.C getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Santo Raymond hit a great ball. Melchor Arano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Sol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Fernando Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot. DiablosRojos F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernando Belarmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Godofredo Maldonado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Godofredo Maldonado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernando Belarmo in the 95th minute of the match.
