Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Juan Oskarbi took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Cristo Harri fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Strobel FC's protests and gave Cristo Harri a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10thth minute of the game Esteve Urritz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Strobel FC's Leonel Castulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteve Urritz in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Castulo saved Strobel FC from getting behind. Isidro Lixandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Oskarbi, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. If Esteve Urritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Laureano Mogel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Leonel Castulo made a huge save. 43 minutes into the match, Cristo Harri notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Escaya's Isidro Lixandro. Isidro Lixandro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonel Castulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Urritz in the 48th minute of play.

When Escaya's Laureano Mogel in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Strobel FC's goalie prevented a goal. Esteve Urritz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Castulo having to interfere. Laureano Mogel struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Leonel Castulo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escaya. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Urritz in the 58th minute of play forced Strobel FC's goalkeeper Leonel Castulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Escaya's Laureano Mogel got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Oskarbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Lixandro having to interfere. Natalio Tolino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Lixandro having to interfere. Strobel FC's Leonel Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Urritz in the 69th minute of play. Esteve Urritz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the game, Jacinto Lohitzun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Strobel FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Escaya the free kick. After a rather tough play, Strobel FC's Jacinto Lohitzun got a free kick in the 75th minute. Strobel FC's Leonel Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Urritz in the 80th minute of play. Laureano Mogel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Strobel FC's zone, Esteve Urritz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Castulo came out of the goal and Esteve Urritz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Strobel FC's Leonel Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Urritz in the 88th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Strobel FC's goal looked a bit too open when Esteve Urritz came free, but Leonel Castulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Strobel FC's zone, Laureano Mogel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonel Castulo came out of the goal and Laureano Mogel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd match minute, Escaya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Ariando to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Escaya's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Juan Oskarbi fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cristo Harri was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
