Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Artal in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltasar Cordaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Zanjón FC fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Zanjón FC's Pastor Artal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 22 minutes into the match, Ildefonso Bautista notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Zanjón FC's Raul Reno. Raul Reno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 25th minute, Hector Guipuzkoa made a precise shot to the right of Baltasar Cordaro. Millonarios del Sur's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Vladimiro Koldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raul Reno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Osmundo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pastor Artal to strike the kick off in the second half. The throw-in from Angelo Felipo in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Zanjón FC's Vladimiro Koldo. Hector Guipuzkoa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Cordaro having to interfere. Raul Reno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Bautista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Reno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ildefonso Bautista in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st minute, Ildefonso Bautista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Millonarios del Sur fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Bautista in the 67th minute of play forced Zanjón FC's goalkeeper Raul Reno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th minute Ildefonso Bautista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Reno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Julian Osmundo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Millonarios del Sur fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Osmundo couldn't finish the play. After 76 minutes of play, Zanjón FC's Cecilio Cordarell made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Baltasar Cordaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the game, Angelo Felipo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Zanjón FC's Vladimiro Koldo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pastor Artal in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baltasar Cordaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hector Guipuzkoa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Millonarios del Sur's goalkeeper Baltasar Cordaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pastor Artal. Vladimiro Palban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zanjón FC played a much better game than Millonarios del Sur and deserved their victory. The Millonarios del Sur players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
