Rolando Eriz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 32nd minute, Ciriaco Oihan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rolando Eriz came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by ADN FC's Leonides Lleir. But to his dismay, Leonides Lleir quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Leonides Lleir who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 42ndth minute tested the skills of Rolando Eriz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 55th minute, Rene Calvet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rolando Eriz was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 66th minute, Leonides Lleir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Eriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rene Calvet in the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind newells04's goalkeeper Rolando Eriz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Eustacio Giraldo came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the ADN FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustacio Giraldo couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rene Calvet in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rolando Eriz saved newells04 from getting behind. In the 84th minute, Primitivo Elixio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Lleir in the 87th minute of play forced newells04's goalkeeper Rolando Eriz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the newells04 defense, Eustacio Giraldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Eriz. The newells04 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Eriz should have stopped the shot. ADN FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
