Enzo Dabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ciriaco Oihan in the 3rd minute of the match. Dario Pitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albino Lluis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Rolando Eriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rolando Eriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Lluis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Gar in the 21st minute of play forced Miranda's goalkeeper Enzo Dabi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd minute, Emanuel Norino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute of the match Cesar Reyes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo Dabi skillfully saved the ball. Dario Pitin hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Miranda's zone, Ciriaco Oihan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Enzo Dabi came out of the goal and Ciriaco Oihan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 35th minute of the match Cesar Reyes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo Dabi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Miranda's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cesar Reyes was slow to take the kick. During this time newells04's players had a chance to rest. When Silvio Gar came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the newells04 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Gar couldn't finish the play. Ciriaco Oihan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Dabi having to interfere. Miranda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave newells04 the free kick. After 76 played minutes Miranda got a freekick which was hit by Dario Pitin. After 79 minutes Miranda's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cesar Reyes who took care of the corner kick. When Silvio Gar came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the newells04 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Gar couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Miranda's goalkeeper Enzo Dabi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ciriaco Oihan. A collision led to Miranda getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Dario Pitin hit a great ball. Enzo Dabi was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cesar Reyes. newells04's Rolando Eriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Pitin in the 92nd minute of play. Vicente Niva charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Niva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Miranda getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Vicente Niva hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the match, newells04's Ciriaco Oihan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Enzo Dabi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Albino Lluis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The newells04 players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Miranda from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
