Aurelio Mino hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejo Bartoleme in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teo Peru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Almagro booed when Golondrinas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Domingos Thomas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Gwidon Gardocki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Apolo Ler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Golondrinas's Aurelio Mino got his second yellow card of the match in the 26th minute. The referee ordered Aurelio Mino off the ground. In the 26th match minute, Golondrinas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelio Mino to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Gwidon Gardocki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almagro's supporters rose to their feet, but Gwidon Gardocki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Apolo Ler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Golondrinas's zone, Octavio Iturri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Ler came out of the goal and Octavio Iturri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Restu in the 37th minute of play forced Golondrinas's goalkeeper Apolo Ler to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Bernal got free with Teo Peru in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gwidon Gardocki was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Claus in the 52nd minute of play forced Almagro's goalkeeper Teo Peru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gwidon Gardocki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Ler having to interfere. After 54 minutes, Carlos Claus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Golondrinas and the Almagro players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 54th minute, Carlos Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Almagro defense, Carlos Claus kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teo Peru. The Almagro fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teo Peru should have stopped the shot. If Gwidon Gardocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 67 minutes into the match, Almagro's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Vimaro came free, but Teo Peru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute of the match, Gwidon Gardocki tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Apolo Ler saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Silvano Bernal struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Teo Peru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Golondrinas. In the 81st minute Carlos Claus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teo Peru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Restu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Apolo Ler. Golondrinas's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The supporters of Almagro booed when Golondrinas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Claus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Apolo Ler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Gardocki in the 88th minute of play. If Gwidon Gardocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Octavio Iturri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Ler having to interfere. Many of Almagro's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Almagro may have spent more time on the ball, but Golondrinas were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
