Paolo Libertad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gwidon Gardocki took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Libertad. Paolo Libertad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Gwidon Gardocki came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Almagro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gwidon Gardocki couldn't finish the play. Octavio Iturri kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Paolo Libertad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwidon Gardocki in the 56th minute of the match. When Teofilo Lauren came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the RUSTICO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Lauren couldn't finish the play. If Gwidon Gardocki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sadettin Akalp's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Paolo Libertad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play.
