In the 69th minute, Estudiantes De La Plata B's Baldomiro Berto ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teo Peru. Teo Peru yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Teo Peru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timoteo Chinto in the 73rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paolo Azeari got free with Teo Peru in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomás Restu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwidon Gardocki in the 95th minute of play forced Estudiantes De La Plata B's goalkeeper Justo Mikelats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Almagro lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
