Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Placido Francesco made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Passionate's goalkeeper Filomeno Rodas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 5 minutes into the match, Passionate's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Palben came free, but Filomeno Rodas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislao Reno hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Filomeno Rodas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristobal Garaile, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute, Silvano Palben got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvano Palben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Rodas having to interfere. Aquilino Jerold took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaudencio Theobald. Gaudencio Theobald dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 22 minutes into the match, SDF Chimuelo's Silvano Palben sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filomeno Rodas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Passionate's zone, Silvano Palben stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Rodas came out of the goal and Silvano Palben tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, SDF Chimuelo's Gaudencio Theobald got control of the ball when Aquilino Jerold tried to sneak it across the goal line. Filomeno Rodas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvano Palben's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Silvano Palben recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Santo Leheren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Silvano Palben struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Filomeno Rodas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SDF Chimuelo. After having played for 48 minutes, Silvano Palben managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SDF Chimuelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Palben was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvano Palben was the one to do the kick off. Amador Fanuco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Filomeno Rodas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aquiles Derwin during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 54th match minute, Passionate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquiles Derwin to maneuver through the defense. Amador Fanuco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filomeno Rodas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Israel Rodas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Filomeno Rodas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Palben in the 61st minute of play forced Passionate's goalkeeper Filomeno Rodas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64th play minutes Silvano Palben shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Filomeno Rodas and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 68th minute, SDF Chimuelo's Silvano Palben ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Filomeno Rodas. Filomeno Rodas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Silvano Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Passionate's Filomeno Rodas got control of the ball when Amador Fanuco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Silvano Palben might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filomeno Rodas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvano Palben ran back to his position shaking his head. If Silvano Palben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Passionate's Filomeno Rodas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvano Palben in the 89th minute of play. Cristobal Garaile recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Silvano Palben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the game, SDF Chimuelo's Pedro Chesus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filomeno Rodas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When the match was over SDF Chimuelo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Passionate throughout the match.
