An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Palben in the 7th minute of play forced Matadores's goalkeeper Iker Pagomari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 9 minutes into the match, Amador Fanuco notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Matadores's Iker Pagomari. Iker Pagomari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvano Palben in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Pagomari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 18 minutes, Silvano Palben managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SDF Chimuelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvano Palben was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Amador Fanuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Pagomari having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Matadores's Braulio Orti got a free kick in the 27th minute. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Victoriano Tibalt took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Gaudencio Theobald to make any attempt to save it. Iker Pagomari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Palben in the 33rd minute of play. Israel Rodas hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Silvano Palben received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Iker Pagomari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Matadores's zone, Amador Fanuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iker Pagomari came out of the goal and Amador Fanuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Matadores's goalkeeper Iker Pagomari, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gaudencio Theobald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Severo Valerio in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

SDF Chimuelo's Marco Aguirre got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Matadores booed when SDF Chimuelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Leheren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Silvano Palben blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Pagomari having to make a save. Amador Fanuco in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iker Pagomari, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Silvano Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute, SDF Chimuelo's Silvano Palben dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Amador Fanuco managed to get in a good position for a shot. SDF Chimuelo's supporters rose to their feet, but Amador Fanuco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Pagomari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Severo Valerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Gaudencio Theobald tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Santo Leheren during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Santo Leheren hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match.
