In the 8th minute, Papa Roach's Gervasio Herensuge ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Americo Gilesindo. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomás Domeka made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Papa Roach's zone, Tomás Domeka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fulgencio Arias came out of the goal and Tomás Domeka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Papa Roach booed when Siambón FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Feliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dionisio Ticho, 56 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Gervasio Herensuge struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Americo Gilesindo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Papa Roach. When Albino Ongile fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Papa Roach's protests and gave Albino Ongile a yellow card for diving instead. Tomás Domeka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Fulgencio Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ramon Elia during the 71st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Marcelino Guerrero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Papa Roach's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcelino Guerrero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Americo Gilesindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Adrian Quirce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Americo Gilesindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Marcelino Guerrero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
