Siga Siga FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.A.Estudiantes the free kick. After 9 played minutes, Siga Siga FC's Domingos Fernado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vinicio Cesario came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Siga Siga FC reached it. After 11 minutes, Edgardo Ruy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.A.Estudiantes and the Siga Siga FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, A.A.Estudiantes's Edgardo Ruy got a free kick in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Siga Siga FC's zone, Octavio Viator stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelino Chap came out of the goal and Octavio Viator tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Evis during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Sergio Evis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Octavio Viator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Angelino Chap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to A.A.Estudiantes getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Edgardo Ruy hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, one of Siga Siga FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Siga Siga FC. The referee gave A.A.Estudiantes a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Edgardo Ruy, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Siga Siga FC's Angelino Chap. 0-1. Edgardo Ruy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Sergio Evis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filomeno Baudelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelino Chap having to interfere. If Edgardo Ruy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Sugoi took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vinicio Cesario. Vinicio Cesario dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elpidio Polo to make the kick off. In the 54th minute, Siga Siga FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Arkadiusz Bartoszek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 55th minute, Octavio Viator got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Octavio Viator managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.A.Estudiantes's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Viator was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Angelino Chap breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 61 minutes into the game, Ruperto Sugoi threw the ball into play from the sideline. A.A.Estudiantes's Arnulfo Goito quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Octavio Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arkadiusz Bartoszek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Angelino Chap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A.A.Estudiantes's Octavio Viator was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 66th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Siga Siga FC's zone, Octavio Viator stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angelino Chap came out of the goal and Octavio Viator tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Octavio Viator scored 1-3 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Angelino Chap, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Angelino Chap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Ruy in the 82nd minute of play. When Octavio Viator came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the A.A.Estudiantes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Octavio Viator couldn't finish the play. If Edgardo Ruy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Octavio Viator recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arkadiusz Bartoszek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edgardo Ruy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over A.A.Estudiantes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Siga Siga FC throughout the match.
