With an all-out effort, A.A.Estudiantes's Angelino Chap threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Edgardo Ruy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Angelino Chap made an important save on a dangerous shot by Octavio Viator in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, A.A.Estudiantes's Edgardo Ruy sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Angelino Chap narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of A.A.Estudiantes booed when Siga Siga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Lixandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, A.A.Estudiantes's Vinicio Cesario got control of the ball when Severiano Gora tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Siga Siga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filomeno Baudelio came free, but Angelino Chap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
