In the 13thth minute of the game Ceferino Roano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lev Davidovich's Mario Erasto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Alvear Club's Ceferino Roano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mario Erasto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Nereo Galoer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mario Erasto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 68 minutes, Aquiles Fernanco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alvear Club and the Lev Davidovich players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Lev Davidovich booed when Alvear Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Caitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Erasto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvear Club. If Ceferino Roano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 86 minutes, Ceferino Roano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvear Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ceferino Roano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Lev Davidovich's goalkeeper Mario Erasto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aquiles Fernanco. Ceferino Roano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Erasto having to interfere.
