Internazionale Mendoza FC's Desiderio Gotzon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Birila in the 21st minute of play. Santos Argoitz's late challenge caught a Internazionale Mendoza FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santos Argoitz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 27th match minute, Toro Vikingo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santos Argoitz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Internazionale Mendoza FC's Ignacio Gonzalez Del Solar got a free kick in the 31st minute. Through an outstanding action, after 76 minutes, Desiderio Gotzon successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Internazionale Mendoza FC's Atilano Steven got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Reynaldo Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Gotzon having to interfere. Toro Vikingo FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
