After a defensive mix-up in Chacarita FC's zone, Alonzo Rey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnoldo Euloxu came out of the goal and Alonzo Rey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 10th minute of the match Ciro Shantala sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Euloxu skillfully saved the ball. Arnoldo Euloxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Rey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Igor Justin made a precise shot to the right of Arnoldo Euloxu. Chacarita FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The supporters of Pampa Drinks FC booed when Chacarita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Tiniebra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnoldo Euloxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Justin's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. When Siro Fidensio fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chacarita FC's protests and gave Siro Fidensio a yellow card for diving instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Alonzo Rey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute, Delmar Enol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Justin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Euloxu having to interfere. Gualterio Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Arnoldo Euloxu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Rey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Euloxu having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Gualterio Cresitobalo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnoldo Euloxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 played minutes, Chacarita FC's Siro Fidensio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Isaac Emenon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chacarita FC reached it. Maximino Raitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pampa Drinks FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
